Customer Service Representative

 The ideal candidate will be high energy, friendly, organized and outgoing.  You must have the flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.  We offer competitive pay and benefits plus commission!  Experience in the glass or insurance industries is extremely helpful.

 Job Summary:

The CSR serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

• Take work orders over the phone.
• Work with Insurance companies to report claims and verify coverage.
• Answer multi-line phone.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
